Accommodation 

We work with our Conference Bureau, NewcastleGateshead Initiative to provide hotel options with preferential rates. You can choose and book at www.newcastlegateshead.com/IGSSymposium2024 

There is also a budget accommodation option in out Trinity Square student residence at £50 per night. Further info and booking

ECR support 

We are currently raising funds to support early career scientist travels. Once finalized, the call and further details will be published here and on the IGS and will be distributed through the conference’s mailing list. Notifications of funding will be sent to all applicants before the early registration deadline on 21 May 2024.
