Northumbria University, the Royal Academy of Engineering, and Gateshead College are proud to host a collaborative event focused on addressing the evolving talent needs within supply chain management.

As organisations face increasing pressure from digitalisation, AI, and sustainability demands, this event will explore how education and industry can work together to close skills gaps and build future-ready capabilities.

Event Format

The morning will feature short presentations from each partner, followed by a roundtable discussion designed to foster shared learning and practical collaboration.

To examine current and future skills gaps in supply chain management, and to identify innovative, partnership-driven approaches to bridging these gaps—enhancing productivity, resilience, and performance across sectors.
