Funded by the Innovate UK with the overall value of £300k and in partnership with our industrial partners, our proposed model for the predictive maintenance integration with the order processing system can save £15m of production cost for the large manufacturer in the automotive supply chain saving machinery downtime.
Through a contracted research project and during six months, we have successfully analysed the processes of three service divisions within Northumbria Healthcare Facilities Management Ltd as Wheelchair services, Critical care services and Bed Management Services.
We provided strategic recommendation framework for these services to address before their digital transformation.
