What was it about Northumbria that made you decide to study here?

Academically high achieving university, great campus and excellent facilities.

What was it like studying at Northumbria?

Mix of lectures, seminars and team projects. Very supportive teaching staff.

What was the best thing about your course?

Interesting modules including sociology and psychology

How did studying at Northumbria help you achieve your career goals/ give your career an edge?

Achieved first class honours which helped tremendously when applying for roles.

Which skills/knowledge did you learn on your course that you use most now throughout your career?

Essay writing helps with writing Board papers. Accounting skills helped with all of my roles. Degree was a good foundation for studying Chartered Accountancy.

What did you enjoy most about your time at Northumbria University?

Everything - the course, the diversity of students and staff, the facilities, the location

What advice would you give somebody who is considering studying at Northumbria?

I couldn’t recommend Northumbria University highly enough.

How would you describe your time at Northumbria in three words?

Fun, productive, exciting
