My work experience spans over a decade and my career path has been versatile. This has really helped me develop skills across various industries making me adaptable and resourceful. From finance to accounting, business operations/entrepreneurship, customer service, financial services/consulting, I continue to learn, develop my skills and add value wherever I find myself.

What was it about Northumbria that made you decide to study here?

The admission process was seamless and also the program guide was well spelt. The pre-admission virtual meeting I had with the program leader was also enlightening. The program looked interesting and it truly was.

What was it like studying at Northumbria?

I would say it was very interactive, fun and also very indepth lectures.

How connected was your course with industry?

There were presentations and projects that we engaged in that were really eye opening. Also the idea generating process also helped in putting our business thoughts and ideas into perspective. However, I do not think the course was connected to industry. Maybe it is because the entrepreneurship 'industry' is multi-faceted and dynamic and it isn't as straightforward as other industries.

What was the best thing about your course?

My course mates. We were individuals from different continents and having that multi-cultural mix was really interesting and fun.

How did studying at Northumbria help you achieve your career goals/ give your career an edge?

Studying at Northumbria gave me more perspective into the entrepreneurship field and the area I would most likely pursue.

What did you enjoy most about your time at Northumbria University?

I enjoyed the lectures, the career opportunities shared by the school and also the out of lectures programs organised (e.g Enterprise Weekend)

What advice would you give somebody who is considering studying at Northumbria?

Make sure you enjoy yourself. As much as you put in study time, also explore the school and Newcastle as a whole. Also make sure you take advantage of all the useful opportunities that the school shares.

Interactive. Fun. Memorable
