Records Management Guidance

These guidance documents (see under Resources heading) are intended for use by all University staff charged with managing official records.

The documents represent "best practice" and are intended for guidance only. They do not represent a definitive records management solution suitable for all departments. Instead they should be incorporated into local procedures as appropriate.

For advice on how to incorporate these guides into local procedures, please contact Duncan James Records and Information Manager Ext 7357
