Digital Engineering and Decarbonisation SeminarDigital Engineering has huge potential to make headway toward the UK government’s 2050 net-zero targets. IC3 and Northumbria University are holding an online seminar on Digital Engineering and Decarbonization: What are the key aspects we need to be aware of regarding decarbonisation? How can a digital approach help?
This seminar will be held from 12:00pm – 13:00pm on the 10th of June, led by Dr. Barry Gledson Associate Professor of Construction Project Management at Northumbria University, alongside a panel including:
Dr.Marzia Bolpagni, Associate Director at Mace and Visiting Professor at Northumbria University
Alan Waha, Head of Digital Transformation at BuroHappold
And a great team from Arup: Oliver Smith, Geospatial Consultant; Anna Lawson, Senior Energy Consultant; and Jamie Pendle, Senior Engineer.
The audience will include both students from the Mechanical and Construction Engineering Department at Northumbria University as well as open internationally to industry professionals.
