BALTIC; VANE Gallery and Gallery North

This exhibition is the culmination of three years of student-artist learning on Northumbria's BA (Hons) Fine Art degree. We are excited to announce that student work will be shown, not only on campus in the renowned Gallery North, but also at the Quayside's BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art, and Vane Gallery, Gateshead.

The exhibitions will platform an upcoming generation of artists and spans painting, sculpture, photography, installation and video work. 

 

These exhibitions are free to attend. Registration essential. Please fill in a form for each person attending. REGISTER HERE

 

Exhibition Launch Day: Wednesday 21st May

All 3 venues will be opening during the day on our Exhibition Launch Day, and a shuttle bus will be provided so that you can get between venues easily. At the end of the day we will come together to celebrate our students at the BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art, with speeches and music!

Running order

10am: Gallery North, Northumbria University City Campus & BALTIC Opening

12pm: Vane Opening

A shuttle bus will be provided for opening day on a scheduled timetable for pick up and drop off at all venues from 1pm – 5:30pm (Details will be available on the website the week before the event)

5pm: Vane & Gallery North exhibitions close

6pm: Launch party and speeches, BALTIC, Level 1 Foyer. (Please note BALTIC exhibition will close at 6pm)

8:30pm: Close
