Andrew Silver

 360 Growth Partners Ltd, Owner & Director

Andrew has extensive director level experience working in SME’s in the hospitality and healthcare sector over the last 30 years.  Since graduating from Northumbria University with a law degree & a post graduate in management from Sunderland University he has worked for companies such as Swallow Hotels, Virgin and Whitbread in various sales and marketing and commercial roles.

He was Managing Director of a PE backed hotel venture delivering an ambitious hotel growth plan and sold the business to Whitbread in 2007.

Andrew came back to work in the North East in 2011 as MD role of an £8.5m healthcare business. Since 2014 he has operated as a business partner supporting SME’s in different stages of growth. Andrew set up 360 Growth Partners Ltd in May 2017 to support SMEs across the North East realise their growth plans and now has 4 other associates under the 360 umbrella.

Andrew also has experience mentoring with the LEP and Chair of a The Key, a NE youth charity looking to scale.
