Ron Beadle Nbs Staff ProfileProfessor Ron Beadle is a Professor of Organization and Business Ethics. He has been widely published in the field of virtue ethics in business and regularly invited to lecture in universities across the UK and internationally. The main focus of Ron's empirical work is the travelling circus. In addition to ethics Ron has taught and published across a wide range of subjects including HRM, organization theory / behaviour and reward management. Ron is an experienced Doctoral Supervisor and is keen to discuss research proposals involving ethics in business and organizations.

Beyond the University Ron has been a local Councillor in Gateshead since 1996 and is a regular columnist for 'The Journal' newspaper.
