Dr Victor Samwinga

School: Architecture and Built Environment

Dr. Victor Samwinga qualified with a BSc in Building at the Copperbelt University (Zambia) after which he worked in a consultancy firm, delivering numerous public and private sector construction and infrastructure projects. Among other things, his role involved the development of solicitation for tenders, preparation of contracting documentation, formal bid evaluation, administration of procurement contracts, provision of specialist advice on the correct interpretation of contractual terms, and negotiation and settlement of final project accounts.
