We want to continue to make sure that you are in control of your accommodation booking. Our guarantees to you are here to make our position clear, to answer any questions you have and to give you the confidence you need to secure your accommodation booking for the 2023/24 academic year.

OUR GUARANTEES

  • Not accepted? No worries. If you do not meet the requirements of your course offer with Northumbria, we will refund your advance rent payment, less a £50 early termination fee.
  • Flexible payments: Apart from the £250 advance rent, there are no other upfront costs. Rent payments are split into three instalments which fall in line with the dates of your maintenance loan payments. Other payment options are available.**
  • Northumbria community. Book a room with us and we guarantee you'll be living exclusively with other Northumbria students.
  • We guarantee accommodation if booked by 30th June 2023*. 

*The accommodation guarantee applies to new Undergraduate students only (Home and International) who have made an accommodation booking before 30th June 2023. Accommodation is provided in a Northumbria owned or Northumbria Partnered site. Students are required to choose Northumbria as a Firm choice in order to book accommodation.
Students need to sign a tenancy agreement and make an accommodation advance rent payment by the 30th June 2023.
