What will I learn on this module?

This module aims to enhance your coaching craft through a thorough critical and reflective analysis of evidence-informed coaching strategies and actions designed to enhance coach and athlete performance in areas such as wellbeing, engagement and thriving. You will have the opportunity to reflect upon current and past practice and critically evaluate coaching research to develop an adaptive toolkit of coaching strategies and actions aimed at enhancing athlete and coach experiences of sport. By the end of this module, you will be able to critically evaluate, discuss and apply evidence based coaching behaviours aimed at improving athlete and coach performance in sport.
