FAQs - Your Postgraduate Event Questions Answered

An open day gives you the chance to experience Northumbria, visit our campus and get any questions you have answered before making your final decision to apply for your Master's. Postgraduate open days are a great opportunity to speak to academics from your course of interest, chat to current Master's students as well as allowing you to experience the campus facilities and social spaces.

Virtual Events offer the chance to learn more about Northumbria, student life and the support available from the comfort of your own home. Register for a virtual event to discover more about finance, employability, and the Northumbria community.

You can booking onto any of our Postgraduate events by simply filling out our booking form and selecting the event that you would like to attend. We have a range of on-campus and virtual events to choose from to suit your needs.

As our city campus is based in the heart of Newcastle Upon Tyne, there are lots of transport options available to you when visiting us at an open day. You can find more information on parking and public transport in our Getting Here on Open Day guide.

Most of the Open Days held on a weekend run from 9am to 3pm. We do also host some midweek twilight events which often run from 12pm - 6pm. However, you are welcome to attend the events at a time best suited to you and for as long as you choose.

Please be sure to check times and dates on our website as these may vary depending on the event.
