Leadership Fund

The Northumbria Sport Leadership Fund aims to provide funding to support interns and volunteers on our Student Leadership Programme. The leadership fund will allow interns and volunteers to enhance and develop skills that will contribute towards their career aspirations post-university.

 

The Leadership Fund can provide funding towards nationally recognised sports coaching and leadership qualifications, conferences, master classes, and funding to increase participation and engagement within your clubs. Discover More >

Internships

We also offer a number of part time internships to current students. Usually doing 6-8 hours per week along academic commitments these opportunities build on the experiences gained through volunteering and help give insight into a range of sport related industries. Discover More >

Northumbria Sport offers a range of paid internships that students on any degree course can apply for.
