Our Alumni - Work For Us
From top of the range en suite accommodation to budget friendly options, Northumbria offers accommodation in a range of University residences. With almost 2,000 rooms, we can accommodate groups and individuals for long and short stay (subject to availability).
All of our residences are within easy reach of our campus conferencing venues and Newcastle city centre. Guests have access to a shared kitchen/living area (kitchen packs available at an additional cost), alternatively, catering can be arranged in one of the campus outlets.

New Bridge Street is located within a two-minute walk of the Business and Law School or five minute walk to the main University campus. Each flat in New Bridge Street has between four to seven bedrooms sharing an open plan kitchen/living area. There is also a newly refurbished common room area in the main reception area that your guests are welcome to use.
Although guests have access to a shared kitchen/living area we do not supply any cooking/eating utensils. Should any of your guests require this, we can accommodate this request, however there would be an additional one off charge.
- 20 minute walk to campus and Newcastle city centre (transport links available)
- 3-5 en suite bedrooms within each cluster flat
- Washing machine in flat
- On site gym, cinema room and generous communal spaces
Trinity Square is situated in Gateshead on the high street, a 2-minute walk from Gateshead metro station and Gateshead bus interchange. The residence is located above a Tesco superstore and right beside a VUE cinema and Gateshead High Street. A twenty minute walk will take you into the centre of Newcastle or you can be on the NewcastleGateshead quayside within 5 minutes.
Each double bedroom offers a double bed, storage space, a desk, and an en suite shower. Towels and linen are provided in all rooms. All rooms have access to a shared kitchen and lounge area. Please note cooking and eating utensils are not provided but kitchen packs are available at an additional cost.
Free of charge amenities include an on-site gym, table tennis, pool and TV room.
