Pre-conference film screening -  Tuesday 28th November 

Ahead of our conference Violence Against Women and Girls: Research into Practice (Hosted by Northumbria University’s Gendered Violence and Abuse Interdisciplinary Research Theme and Centre for Crime and Policing we will be screening LOVE? A film by Jason Figgis, October Eleven Pictures, written by Sam Beckinsale, who is a Patron of the Broxtowe Women's Project. The powerful film tackles the complex issues surrounding coercive control and the impacts it leaves.  The screening is free to attend but we ask that you please register.Image of the LOVE? film poster. Timings:

17:30 - Doors open. Refreshments provided

18:00 - Film starts 

19:20 - Post film discussion with Sam Beckinsale (via video link)

20:00 - Close
