Dr Sadaat Yawar

Assistant Professor

Department: Newcastle Business School

Sadaat holds a master in international business and consumer studies and a PhD from the Kassel University, Germany. He has done his post-doc at Aalto University, Finland. He worked as an Assistant Professor at IIM, Visakhapatnam, India before joining Northumbria University. His research interests are buyer-supplier relationships, sustainability, supply chain managemnet, global production networks and industry 4.0. Sadaat has published in top ranked ABS journals in field of supply chain, logistics and operations management. He works with both qualitative and quantitative methods.

Sadaat has also secured external funding from various external organisations and contiunes to work at the intersection of supply chain managment, sustainaiblity, technology and production networks.
