July 2024 Academic Congregations  

Bookings for guest tickets for the July 2024 Academic Congregations will close on 28 June. 

Your electronic booking confirmation will be emailed to you week commencing 1 July along with further joining information. This booking confirmation will admit both you and all your booked guests to the ceremony as tickets will not be sent out for your ceremony. 

If you have received your results and have a query about whether you can still attend, please read the Information and Invitation guide section 'Am I eligible?' which explains the minimum criteria that must be achieved for students to attend the ceremony. 

Please read the Invitation and Information Guide in full (please see below) as the guide will answer any questions you may have about extra tickets, gown hire and will tell you what to do before and on the day of your ceremony. 

Please note that your certificate will be posted out to your recorded home address following the conferral of your award, certificates are not given out at the academic congregations.
