Computer Science and Information Technology, Igbinedion University Nigeria.

Why did you decide to study a Masters? 

I wanted to fast track my career and have a better understanding of what I am really getting into.

Why did you choose Northumbria University? 

Northumbria University has a good reputation in technology, a vast teaching staff, and a variety of courses to choose from. I got exactly what I was looking for. 

What makes your course challenging? 

It’s challenging because 80% of the course load is all about research which is quite different from my undergraduate studies. 

What was it like studying at Northumbria? 

It is interesting. Working in groups is part of the requirement that means we get different cultures and experiences from all around the world as most of my course mates are all international.

What impressed you most about our academic staff?

They are always ready to listen and help as much as possible in every way they can.

How accessible do you find our staff? 

They can be reached anytime through email which is convenient for me.

As a postgraduate student, what aspects of university life are important to you?

The learning facilities are most important to ease learning. Then the student community is also important for networking and making new friends.

How would you describe Northumbria in three words?

Different, refreshing, brilliant.

Do you feel that your course has been a worthwhile investment in your future?

My course is definitely a worthwhile investment in my future.
