Marc Andre Stuhldreier

PHD student Marc Stuhldreier  (2)After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Law and Business Management, I undertook master studies at Trinity College Dublin to specialise in the areas of European and International Law, with a main focus on International Trade Law and Human Rights. The aim of my PhD research project is to examine compromises between trade law and human rights and to strive for extended social justice.

Research on animal trials between the 13th and the 18th century, both before mundane courts as well as before the courts of the roman catholic church. The article examines the motives behind those trials as well as the comparability to modern insolvency proceedings.
