Who Is.. Helen Simmons

Helen Simmons, Research Assistant

Helen Simmons (she/her) joined Creative Fuse in 2021 as Innovator in Residence/Research Associate following an MA in Multi-disciplinary Innovation. Prior to that, Helen worked in the technology sector for over two decades helping large corporate clients in a variety of industries to address their organisational challenges through innovative digital solutions. Helen has experience in a wide range of specialities across the business lifecycle from sales and contract management to design, programme management and marketing. Helen is keen to apply her skills to help society and improve social justice, she believes that amazing things happen when people, creativity and technology are brought together and she enjoys fostering communities where this can happen. Helen is passionate about well-being, sustainability and inclusivity. Outside of work Helen is mum to three young daughters and in her spare time volunteers for local charities, enjoys crafting and seeing where her natural curiosity takes her.
