Dr. Nhung Nguyen is an Assistant Professor at Newcastle Business School, Northumbria University. She is also dedicated to identifying the drivers behind positive and negative workplace attitudes and behaviours. Dr. Nguyen adopts a predominantly quantitative approach in her research, relying on statistical analyses and empirical data to systematically examine patterns and correlations. This methodological preference underscores her commitment to providing evidence-based insights into management phenomena.
