The London Pass Education Scholarship by Go City

Go City believe everyone deserves the chance to enjoy the best experiences a city has to offer but not all experiences are easily affordable on a student budget. Living costs are rising and so are the costs of books, tuition fees and expenses. For this reason, Go City wants to help students who are enrolled at a college or university in the U.K. by offering the chance to visit major attractions in London for free, while providing a one-time £3,000 academic scholarship award to put towards all those University musts.

The Leverhulme Trade Charities Trust Bursaries

The Leverhulme Trade Charities Trustees are offering bursaries to Full-Time Postgraduate students at UK Higher Education institutions.  If your parent or spouse is a grocer, pharmacist or commercial traveller, or you are employed yourself in this capacity, you could qualify for a bursary of up to £5,000 per year towards the cost of an Postgraduate degree (should your degree be longer than one year)

Open to students who are:

  • A UK/Home applicant - This includes students domiciled in Jersey, Guernsey, The Channel Islands, Ireland, and Isle of Man
  • Studying for a Full-Time Postgraduate degree at a recognised UK university.
  • The child, spouse, widow, widower or personally employed as a commercial traveller, pharmacist, or grocer.
  • In ‘financial need’.

Funds are intended to alleviate financial hardship, by supporting maintenance, tuition and examination fees, travel costs, study materials or accommodation etc. Applicants must provide justification for their reasons for applying.

The maximum value of any bursary is £5,000 per annum for Postgraduates (should your degree be longer than one year) The sum awarded will be adjusted according to individual circumstances, needs and the funds available.

The continuation of a bursary is dependent upon the student continuing their Full-Time registration, satisfactory academic performance, and there being no material change in the recipient's financial circumstances.

Students selected will not be eligible for any other scholarships during the period of the award.

Further information and application forms are available on the LeverhulmeTrade Charities Trust website.
