Clubs and Societies

Want to have the best social life at Uni, meet new friends and get a better looking CV?

You have the opportunity to join one of our 100+ societies or countless volunteering projects. We have everything from Snow Sports and Game of Thrones to Student Media and Pole Dancing to Mature Student and course based - there is something for everyone. And if you can’t see a society or project that suits you, you can set up your own - we'll give you all the help you'll need.

By Getting Involved, you’ll be able to make loads of new friends, go abroad, learn new skills or perhaps do things you’ve never done before, all while having the time of your life at Northumbria. It's all about making memories after all.

So, if there's something you want to be a part of, join today - you don't have to be on campus to do so! Check out all Societies here and if you fancy volunteering, create an account on our Volunteer Profile where you'll be able to find out about all of our volunteering opportunities.
