I am an Assistant Professor in nutrition and exercise physiology at Northumbria University and practitioner registrant on the Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register. During my PhD, I also completed my PGCert in Sport and Exercise Nutrition at Leeds Beckett and has been a member of the SENR ever since. I took my first academic post at Sheffield Hallam in August 2019, where I taught nutrition, exercise physiology, physical activity and wellbeing.
